Job Description:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Increase ticket value of every customer who comes into any of the business verticals.
• Ensure customer retention across various events of his/her life.
• Ensure all the websites for various businesses under the group are in alignment and updated in sync
• Moderate amongst the Heads of various Business Units and facilitate group-level coordination.
• Suggest improvements to maximize margins, and constantly reviewing Pricing and Costing.

Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team
• Drive collective progress by influencing key stake holders.
